Do I need my own mobile app?
No. Customers use their existing Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You just send the digital pass.
What if I don't use Apple Wallet?
We detect the device and recommend Google Wallet, or vice versa. Both buttons are available.
Does staff need permissions?
Yes. There are owner/admin/staff roles to control who can issue stamps or redeem rewards.
Can I try it without a database?
Yes. There's a mock mode for local demos without Postgres — great for quick tests.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. You can create campaigns and filter events by tenant and branch.
